Well where do I start.... During high school I work for the local WT Grants. This is where I received my management training in the food service industry. I really enjoyed working in the restaurant and Hotel business and spent the next 25 years trying to work my way up the ladder. I spent 7 years at La Costa C.C. starting as a Bar back then a bartender and finally was promoted to Beverage manager. I left in 79' and became the Operations manager for a semi-private resort in LA called Industry hills C.C. only stayed for 2 years when all the top management (except for me) was being investigated by the FBI. A lot of people went to jail, I was just interviewed to talk about the people in question. After that I became an Assistant Food and Director for a private club/hotel owned by the Hugh's corporation called the Marina City Club. During my time at La Costa, Industry Hills and the Marina City Club, I hung out with quite a few popular actors, escorted Ronald Regan from our heliport to a private campaign fund raiser at Industry Hills, almost had a date with Stevie Nicks (this was at La Costa C.C.) I'll tell you at the reunion) I was the private bartender for Frank Fitzsimmons when he stayed at La Costa, ( the teamster boss after Hoffa disappeared) and did some undercover work for the DEA -I know this sounds unbelievable ... but it's true.
