Michele's Story
2017 - there have been some changes to my family. My granddaugher was born in 2013.
The boys are now 6 years old and almost done with kindergarten. My son married a wonderful girl last August. They plan on starting a family in the near future. Sadly, I lost my 4-legged daughter last year but still have her brother. Life is treating me good...I have my health, family and friends. Retirement is around the corner...just need to figure when it's the best time to move on. soon...
Got married literally the day after I graduated early to my HS sweetheart. Moved to Germany and brought back a cuckoo clock and a baby girl. Left the VW. Thanks to Uncle Sam, moved around the US for 10 years before settling in Alab...Expand for more
ama. After 3 years, moved back home and have been here ever since. Have been working for the federal government for over 30 years and currently work at the VA at American Lake (Tacoma). Counted down to 2 years for retirement.
Daughter Jessica (33) is a Preschool Special Education Autistic teacher soon to be working on her PhD (smarts from her mom!). Gonzaga alumni
Son Jamisen (30) is a sales rep with Pepsi ... although I like Coke better (looks from his mom!). WSU alumni
Two additional children, Bru and Shiane (chocolate labs).
I am no longer with my HS sweetheart - his loss. I am enjoying life.
The newest additions to the family are the boys - twin grandsons. Of course I'm their favorite grandma!!
