Michele's Story
Life
At 47 I have really got better with age. (actually I look like I am only like in my 30's) I have red hair now and loving it. I am divorced and have 2 sons. My 19 yr. old (looks like 25 and acts like my father) is a big boy. An A-student and was a seriously focused football player and wrestler is making me proud every day. As a high school football player he went from Freshman to Varsity and has been a starter ever since. In wrestling he went to Regionals in his first year. He's had his picture in the paper both for football and wrestling. My son, Raylen Davis, went to Royal Oak High School which by the way won it's division championship in its first year. As a junior he was named Offensive Player of the Year and on the All-North Honorable Mention for RBs in the Free Press. As a senior, he was named All-North 1st team and All-State 1st team and became State Champion Wrestler-189lb., Division I. He is now going to Central Michigan ...Expand for more
University. He is going for a double major in Special Education Teaching. Plus he is on the wrestling team and wants to train for the Olympics. I can't tell you how absolutely proud I am of him. My baby who is 14 (still is a momma's boy) is concenrating on being a kid and loving it. This past summer he made the city baseball team and the tournament team. His team made it all the way to the World Series as a runner up. This is the first time he held a ball and bat and is a natural. Turns out he was the starting pitcher. Go figure. Also he following in his brothers' footsteps by playing football and wrestling. He's also a great skateboarder. I must say my sons are my life. I am very blessed. As for me I am a bridal/evening wear seamstress. I love what I do and always will. Just somestimes I wonder- where all the time went and how different everyone must be. Sometimes I hate getting old, but like fine wine we just get better with time.
