Michele's Story

I have been married for 11 years now. Yikes!! My husband and I have three kids. They are truly the best thing that has ever happened to me! I love being a mommy! Yes, I am extremely busy. My husband works in the entertainment industry so he works very long hours. After high school, I went off to college and then later moved back where I met my now husband. I finished about 54 units of college, but made the decision to pursue my dreams of acting. No regrets. My husband, (then he was my boyfriend), helped me get going. He was a huge help. I worked in this industry for 8 years. Did several commercials, print work, and a couple of small parts on TV and film. I joined Screen Actors guild and had a great agent. aid if I wanted kids i'd better hurry up. Had infertility for 4 years. I loved my career, but becoming a mom was way more important to me! I was up for a 3yr contract role on General Hospital in 2000. I had several screen tests. Then the writers and producers decided to put this character on hold. Six months later they called me back in for the role and i was six months pregnant with my miracle baby. Go figure! I have been blessed with three beautiful children and they are my life now. I really enjoy taking care of them. Although I will say that this is definately the hardest job I have ever had!!! I write on the side when I can find the time. I have almost finished my first book.
