Life
Michele Frick Zander, now residing in sunny Las Vegas, NV for the past 7 years after 7 wonderful years in Ft Walton Beach, a few years back in New Orleans and a few more in Maryland. I'm married, have two daughters in college, and a son in the 6th grade. I am the Director of Activities at a Comprehensive Care Center and at an Assisted Living Community. I am also a consultatnt for a rehab center and because I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner, I do Alzheimer's training at various facilities. d a tank full of fish in the zoo I like to call home. I also have a rabit for pet therapy at work. I like to hike on Mt. Charleston (less than an hours drive) or rock scramble in Red Rock Canyon (30 minutes away) or my favorite spot in the state, the Valley of Fire (about an hour away). The California shore is about 4 hours away and my favorite weekend getaway is Laguna Beach. Being a Navy brat, I attended 12 schools, but I still think of New Orleans as home. I was last back in New Orleans in April of 2008 for a girls weekend with my sisters and Mom.
