Michele's Story
After HS, I spent 2 unproductive years in college. I had fun, but wasn't going anywhere, so I joined the Navy as an air traffic controller. I was in almost 6 yrs. I got out Jan 1989, then in late '89, I went to Ok City for air traffic control school(DOT). The FAA sent me and my boyfriend(soon to be husband in 1993) to Jacksonville FL. We've lived here since 1990. I worked for the FAA for almost 10 yrs, then quit when our son was born in 1999. Then 17 months later my daughter was born. t a challenge especially for me who is not a kid person! God has blessed me with a wonderful family and many great friends who are part of my church family. The last time I was in Phx was in 2004. My Mom, sister Peg, and brother Steve(also graduated in 1978) live in the Phx area. My Dad lives in Payson and my sis Jen lives in CA. I haven't called Glendale home since I left for the Navy in 1983. I do miss the area every now and then especially when we get tons of rain. I also miss the mountains and the desert. I have been extremely blessed by my Lord Jesus. Michele
