Michele's Story
Life
As you all know, I did move to FL, bought a house and married in '94 to Dennis. I really thought he was the one forever, but things did not work out as I hoped they would, even after 7 years. I was crushed when we split only after 2 years of marriage. Yes, there were others in my life after Dennis and then I went on a date with Brad. We meet through a dating service in the paper. I was very cautious at first so we talked a few times on the phone before we even met and then we started dating. And by May 2001, our one year anniversary of meeting, we were happily married on a cruise ship sailing to our honeymoon in the Bahamas.

So after 11 years of marriage, Brad & I divorced. I tried to do counseling but nothing sunk in and stuck for us. So I had to persue what I planned to do the year before. So now I'm a single woman with 2 boys....doing my best to raise them into great men. My real focus and only one....besides wanting to go out on dates when the boys are with their dad. I actually went to the movies alone, it was very weird but okay.
I got my Associates degree in civil engineering field although I am in the medical field. I am now the assistant to the CEO. Not in the money as in the engineering field but there's no stress and I am happy doing what I do. Happiness does pay!!
