Michele's Story
Life
We are back from Florida and now settling in in Darien CT. Our daughter Margaret, 14, will be going away in October to attend the North American Hockey Academy in Stowe Vermont. Ed is in the city again at Commerzbank. I spend most of my time driving Margaret to tournaments...lots of time in the car. It is just as rewarding to be a Wife and Mom as it was to have been a retail buyer.
-Used to be extremely overweight, am now, and have been for quite a while, 125 pounds !!!

-Spent 6 months in hospital, 3 comas, 4 heart ------attacks and 2 strokes.
- Was parylized and had to learn how to walk again. Now you would never have known I was ever ill

If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my family room and add on a pool. My dream home would be just what itis right now.
My current age is 51. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be old. I was so completely right.
realized them by becoming a buyer for Lord and Taylor (worked my way from the loading docks!)
My best friend would tell you I'm sensitive, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as aloof.

I share my home with my husband, daughter and dog, which I find comforting.
Surviving 6 months in the hospital and learning how to walk again after months in a coma
In 10 years, I hope to be alive. I'm going to get there by keeping my shoulder to the wheel.

My first job was at Keswick Theater, where I got paid zilch to sell candy. What I remember most about it is great popcorn.
