1848, at what became to be known as Sutters Mill. We spend at least 2 weeks a year in Yosimite, near the Eastern entrance. We like to camp in Lee Vining with beautiful views of Mono Lake. I have visited Yosimite every year of my life - it's a wonderful tradition to share with our kids. Luckly my husband has grown to love it as much as I do.
We are fortunate enough to live in beautiful area in the Sierra Foothills, so we do a lot of local camping. One of our new favorites is camping at the Jackson Rancharia RV resort. I think it's one of the most beautiful campgrounds we have ever stayed at.".
