My family means the world to me! I have a 29 year old son, Jamie, who is in law enforcement and married to a wonderful girl named Jasmine. named Marissa! She's a full-time college student, working to achieve her degree as an ESE teacher and also works full-time as a server. She's incredibly down-to-earth and a lot of fun! She's dating a great guy named Joe and they bring out the best in each other! I couldn’t be more proud of my family! None of us is perfect, in fact we're far from it... but I love, admire, and respect each of them for who they are individually!
As for me... I moved from Fairfield Ct. to Hawaii Kai in Honolulu, Hawaii after my sophomore year of high school but later moved back to Ct and subsequently had my son and married. I then went on to business school for my accounting degree and worked in Westport at Klein’s and then Tienshan for a few years, both as a bookkeeper. However, after tragically losing my husband, Rob, I decided to move and start life over in Florida.
After moving to Clearwater, FL in '88, I began working at a Christian television station as production secretary, and later met my daughter’s father, to which I married and raised our family in Trinity, Florida. We started our own construction business, which grew to be quite successful over an 18 year period... until the down-turn of the economy. I considered myself very fortunate to have been able to run the business from home while being available for my children throughout the day while they were growing up. I’m now currently living in Hudson, FL and undergoing many changes. I'm in the process of a divorce, changing careers, as well as on a path to becoming healthier. So many changes taking place, but I'm excited and looking forward to the future and the path that lies ahead...".
