A California native and a Californian all my life. My family moved to Fair Oaks when I was in 3rd grade and I have been in the area ever since - except for college at California State University Chico. In August of 1977, I married my best friend, my husband, Dave Lehman. We've raised two awesome sons, Mark age 26 and Daniel age 29. Now Mark has married and we gained a wonderful daughter-in-law, Ellen.
I've been a licensed real estate agent for over 30 years, the last 12 as a full time Realtor. Previously, I worked in new home sales, loan servicing, loan processing, underwriting, property management, insurance & securities sales, and as an elementary school teacher.
Almost my entire family is in real estate. My Dad started in real estate in 1969 and we have all joined in through the years. Dad, Mom, brother, husband and myself are brokers. My uncle, sister-in-law, and our sons are agents and my niece is studying for her license now.
All that experience is so helpful as an active Realtor helping my clients. I truly enjoy all aspects of my real estate career from helping new first time buyers find and purchase their first home to advising seasoned sellers market and sell their home. I also enjoy mentoring new agents and sharing ideas and learning from experienced agents.
