Life I joined the Navy 1 year after graduation and actually saw 2 people from Everett during boot camp in Orlando (summer-fall of 89).I met my husband in Charleston, S.C., he was attached to a submarine there. Then we moved to Kings Bay, GA for shore duty. We are now living in Mississippi ( he grew up here) with our children,Jordan, 17 and Joshua (we adopted him at 6 wks old) is 7. Jordan is in the 11th grade (2007/2008). She is dating and driving. She is in her second mustang convertible, she totaled her first one,which was red, in Oct. '06, I wanted to get her a tank, but NO she and my husband would not have it any other way than for her to drive another Mustang GT.This one is canary yellow so people can see her coming if they cannot hear her first. In 1 year she will be off to Ole Miss (O.M. not our favorite pick, Rival to our favorite MSU,GO DAWGS)to study Pre- med. (Maybe she will change her mind to be a vet and go to MSU.) She has dreamed about it since 3 rd grade.She was invited to the Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine. (This is a great achievement). She can pick 1 of several citites to go to to "hang" with real doctors and see what they do on a day to day basis. Well, over spring break 2007, my daughter, Jordan, took up motocross. She will hopefully start to race (locally) in June or July (2008)She has a love for anything with a strong motor,speed,power and dirt. So, this is right up her alley. She has a Suzuki RM 125. She is looking forward to falling and getting a scar so she says. HA HA. We just enjoy wathcing her. She has come along way ...Expand for more
