ial systems while earning my MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship. I thought I was fulfilled, but I rarely had time to pursue any personal hobbies and passions. Then⦠motherhood struck!
I decided to stop working outside the home as I needed more balance in my life. I realized that I could have it all, but not all at once! I became passionate about being creative around my home, whether it was growing a garden or creating a scrapbook of memories. A friend taught me how to create hand-stamped travertine tile coasters and the seed was planted for a new business. Over time, I realized that this was a business I wanted to grow as I had a fabulous product that is handmade and can be personalized. Personalized monogrammed coasters became the âgo toâ gift for teachers and hostesses. I keep thinking of more creative uses for the coasters and I am having a blast! These coasters make great gifts because they are beautiful and functional. I am definitely pouring my energy into something I love!".
