Michelle's Story
Life
I am a mother of a gorgeous boy. He was born on 17 Oct 2001. I currently work at a Bank in Killeen. I joined the Marines straight out of high school and it was a wonderful experience. I am real simple in the ways of my life. I work and then i play with my son.
School
I really didn't pay attention to boys in school, I was really focused on my school work and just being with my friends. I can't really pin point any one teacher that affected my life. They all helped mold me into the woman I have become. I would definetly do it all over again if I could. I had a great time in school. I think school in general was overall crazy. Watching people date and break up, people stressing over silly stuff; my happiest moment was when I got on that stage and recieved my diploma. whether there would be good times or bad times ahead. I knew I was ready and I am.
College
I never attended college though I am sure I will in the future. I did recieve a lot of training that benefited in my advancements in life. I have gotten further ahead that most because of my extensive training.
Workplace
I worked at Target in 98 to 99. From 99 to 2000 I work at Hollywood Video in Harker Heights. Then from 2000 to 2001 I was in the Marines. I have been through and through with jobs, but I now work at National Bank in Killeen where I have advanced fast and so wonderfully. I will continue to excel in the banking industry.
Military
I was in the Marines. Boot camp was hard and definetly well worth it. I came out smart, strong, and mature. Ready for anything that came my way. I definetly felt the change in myself and I would do it all over again time and time again.
