Michael's Story
After graduating from RHS I went north and bought the roller rink in Nisswa. Ran it through the roller disco days, got married, then sold the rink. After receiving "The Call" I went to college at Crown College receiving a BS in education and a BA in theology. Over the next several years Kris and I had 5 kids and I went to Seminary to get my Master of Divinity and D. Min.
I've spent the last 30+ years pastoring churches and teaching college. I've gone into retirement and now work just as much I did before... but don't really get paid for it?

I live in Pequot Lakes, MN and our kids (5), have all graduated college, most from UMD, and are now moving about the country and world. Mike's in "the cities" Jake in Boston, Becky in Dickenson, Jenny in Baxter and Angie is headed for Kenya. God has called them to new adventures and though we will miss seeing them as often, we really want them to be happy following their own calling. We do have 6 grand-kids at the time of this writing ('09/'15.)
