Mick's Story
Retired this January 08 !! Trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up ,,,,,,,Octobers here, getting ready to go back to work,, sad day, but I'm bored and can't seem to win the lottery !!
May 09 is here, back to work somewhat, I like setting my own hours. Time to get out to the property and start clearing more of the build site, not sure how big the home will be yet, back and forth, and of course $$$$$, scary thought.
Anna is still working, Nicole is home with Ben but still going to school, very proud of her !! Chris and his girlfriend are expecting a baby in July, another boy !! Chris has been in the cleaning busine...Expand for more
ss for about 6 years now and doing well for himself, a great kid, when he doesn't act like a younger me !!
Feb 2010:
Grandkids, Tyler (Chris) and Benjamin (Nicole) are now 7 and 9 months respectively and growing like crazy !! Still doing a little side work, we added another few acres to our property down south. Cheaper than building. Now we have a small ranch home to lay our heads.
I'd love to get a horse or two someday. I love it out there, peace and quiet and friendly folks. But I have learned that having 10 acres makes for great neighbors !!
Anna is still the trooper and working, god knows someone in the family has to !
