Mika's Story
Hi All!
After many years of working at Seattle Schools I finally retired this past summer!!. Last position was in HR.. Figuring out Medicare and insurance was enough to think it was easier to keep working than to retire! I was divorced about 4 years ago and am enjoying my independence and ready for new adventures.
I'm still living in Seattle and have been keeping active by walking and running although more of the former than latter, and am in a hiking group and hike most weekends exc...Expand for more

My three grown kids live in town, none are marrried, so no grandkids unlike all my friends.
I'm looking forward to our next reunion. I went to both our class of 62 last reunion and the Ballard one as well . I found a former West Woodland classnates I hadn't seen since forever including one who was my "love" in the lst grade!
He left our class in 2nd grade and we met again after all tnese years. He was still a sweetheart (though married) !
