Mike Agan:  

Life: I graduated from Corning Community College in 1982 with an AAS in Electronics. I moved to Rochester NY to work for Eastman Kodak in the Medical Products Divison. Rochester seemed to be such a big city compared to Horseheads, and I enjoyed all it had to offer. Here I met my partner, Jim of 24+ years. We moved to Plano TX in 1993 with the Kodak Health Imaging Division. Plano is a city the size of Rochester NY, that is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with about 6 million people. Again much bigger but not like NYC or Chicago. I was working as a Hardware Engineer on medical imaging management systems that are sold to hospitals & clinics. I was in the Research and Design organization, and developed new products, supported several current product manufacturing facilities, in Rochester NY, Phoenix Az, Oakdale Mn, and Shanghai China. We are active volunteers with the Collin County Gay & Lesbian Alliance, the Eldorado Park Homeowners Association, the Plano Homeowners Council, and StoneWall Democrats of Collin County. Sadly my mother passed away from ALS "Lou Gherigs" the summer of 2004. My father Charlie is 74, and is helping watch my nephew weekdays after school. My brother Joe is 37, married to Heather, and has a 9 year old son Jacob. My sister Lisa is 25 and working for a Title Company. After several years of evening classes at Collin C...Expand for more
