in early March, 2016 I started losing control of my left arm and leg. A ct scan showed a mass on my brain. More scans showed I have lung cancer that metasticized to my brain. I've had my radiation treatment on the brain tumor and have normal use of my left side. Chemo is next in the plan. The good news is that I'm a Christian. I'm not promised tomorrow and heaven isn't here on earth. Cancer happens here. God is the only one that knows what the cancer is, why it is, what it's going to do and when it will do it. Everyone else is on a discovery mission. He has placed excellent medical facilities and doctors in my path and the lead oncologist said he is doing the job that God wanted him to do. I couldn't ask for more. When I was at IBM, I researched policies, procedures, regulations and laws ad nauseum. But the Lord says don't worry and don't try to imagine future things that will never occur. I haven't done any research or searches and will not be consulting Dr Google. My faith is strong and he has taken all worry, stress and anxiety from me. He has blessed me in so many ways. I will let Him guide me on the path he has chosen for me and that will be the right path.
