Mike Eldredge:  

Mike Eldredge is a native of Ogden, Utah, and has 30 years of experience in corporate and business law with a specialization in securities law. He also has ten years of experience in international transactions, with a clientele ranging from Japan, China and Mongolia in the Far East, to Ireland, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein in Western Europe. He is a member of the Utah State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, and admitted to practice in all federal, state and district courts in those jurisdictions. He was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 1987. He served on the Utah State Bar Advisory Committee to Utah Securities Division from 1992 to 1996 and the Utah State Bar Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee from 1996 to 1998.
