Life
Moved to Houston (the closest thing to Hell on the planet) in 1978. Married since 1980, no kids (with no regrets). Degree in Communications, Radio/TV/Film from University of Houston ('83). Worked in film and video production, mostly in-house training, for several companies and non-profits. Taught video production part time at local commun...Expand for more
ity college for 2 years. Last 11 years in Texas I worked for the Houston Police Department (civilian). Past president of Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Video Association (2003 - 2005). Moved to DC area in 2004. Currently Program Manager over Video Standards and Image Evidence Projects at International Association of Chiefs of Police.
