Mike's Story
Hello,
I hope that time has been a friend to you.
After messing around in various colleges for 7 years (just ask Rob Chipchak), I finally joined the Army in 1989. They put me in a small college town with an airport (Troy, Alabama) where I was an Air Traffic Controller, and met my ex-wife. I finally received a degree from Troy State (a day my folks thought would never happen!)
After leaving the Army in '92, I ended up at Auburn University and I worked on my EE.
From there,...Expand for more
the wagons went West; to Phoenix (12 years). A couple of semiconductor facility startups and an IT project later, a Masters, and two kids, we decided to move back East closer to family.
Now in Eustis, I work as a Director of Operations for a rapidly growing firm in Leesburg. (If I'd only bought a couple of acres off Lake Mary Blvd. I would not have to work these days!)
