Mike Miller:  

After graduating from Lincoln, I joined my brother Gary at Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. As an English major I was lost as to what I would do once leaving college...so to kill time, both Gary and I enrolled in a broadcasting course at Greenville Technical College in our new hometown of Greenville, SC to sort of kill time until we could sort things out about what we would do about seriously seeking a profession. As it turned out I fell in love with Radio broadcasting, and have been a DJ since 1976. My travels took me from Woodruff SC '76-'77..to Greenwood SC from '77-'79 and finally to Savannah Ga from '79 to present...I began doing a morning show in 1980 "Mike Miller's Morning Madness Show" and had the good fortune within 2yrs of attaining an unheard of 40 share rating....the market has changed dramatically since then in radio, and we have reached number 1 in arbitron ratings recentl...Expand for more
