Technician troubleshooting locomotives when they arrive for the last 3 years. Two of my proudest days are when my youngest son graduated from TSTC in Waco and then started at the UP shop 2 years ago (in 2013). He is now in the Machinist Apprentice Program learning to repair locomotives.
