Life Mike Sanders is a senior practitioner who has over fourty-five years experience in Training Design and is president of Sanders and Associates, International. As an international management and training development specialist, he is a recognized authority in the areas of the state-of-the-art Instructional Technology and Instructional Systems Design, Total Quality Management, Lean Thinking, Customer Service, Leadership and Management, and Team Building. For the past 15 years, Mike has developed and taught courses on Instructional Systems Design and Presentation and Facilitation for the American Talent and Development Society, University of California Los Angeles, University of Southern California, Antioch University and Loyola Mary Mount. He has presented at numerous American Talent Development Society Leadership Conferences over the past 20 years as well as the National Conference for the Special Olympics on the topic of leadership and management in non-profit organizations.
