Mike is an associate broker with Montague, Miller & Co Realtors in Waynesboro, Virginia and has over 25 years experience in the real estate business. Mike owned and managed his own firm, C. D. Vest and Company, Inc. in Deltaville which was started by his mother, Connie Vest, in 1979. C. D. Vest and Company was a full service real estate company specializing in residential waterfront property and services included property management, condominium and homeowner association management, as well as real estate brokerage. The family brokerage service was acquired by Long and Foster Real Estate in 2005.

s an active member of the local Association of Realtors, Mike has served on or chaired numerous committees including Professional Standards, Grievance, MLS, and Public Relations Committees. Mike has also served as past President of the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of Realtors and received the Realtor of the Year Award. He has been elected to serve on the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 2011.
Mike and his family are members of Cornerstone Church of Augusta where they are actively serving their church and the community. Mike is active in the children’s ministry and has recently helped to start a Christian Business Ministry for business owners, managers and salespeople in the church. Mike and his wife assist their church in providing food to those in need through the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. Mike and Dee reside in the New Hope area of Augusta County with their two children, Malcolm and Katie, ages 11 and 9.
