Mike's Story
Hi everyone from sunny Seattle! I've been able to reconnect with a number of you and appreciate that opportunity. I've been here in Washington State for some 20 years, after a career with the Air Force Reserve.

I'm working for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as a Division Supervisor, called up to manage disaster survivor assistance. I've been deployed to Hurricanes Dorian (FL), Michael (FL), and Florence (North Carolina); to South Dakota and Missouri after the floods there; and to the terrible Northern California wildfire in Paradise CA. in 2018-2019.
