Life
Well, I moved back to Lakewood. I received my A.A. from Cerritos and my B.A. from C.S.U.L.B. and a teaching credential. Yes, its true--who new! Wanted to teach and coach, did that. Became interested in real estate and that what i have been doing since 1985. I ride a Harley for fun--any riders out there. Married and divorced after 13 years. Two studs (boys). Both went in military, Army & Navy. Always trying to have fun and live life to its fullest--I don't think we get a second chance down here.

been in real estate full time since 1985. I own a company called Set Fee Realty. Just like the name, I charge sellers a low set fee to sell their property. I handle everything from beginning to end--just like traditional real estate. I managed Century 21 and Coldwell Banker offices. In 1988 I became a real estate broker and purchased a help-u-sell franchise and opened my own company in 2000. Most savings for a seller so far $19,690.00 average about $10,000.00.
