To me, all the groomsmen are such dear friends, they feel much like brothers. There is no one this is truer for than Mike Hinson. Though he is one of the funniest, loveable men that I've ever known, what stands out the most to me in our friendship is the ferocity of his supportiveness. Shortly before I left for college, he told me that if he ever heard that I had gotten involved in anything stupid or troubling, or if I ever found myself in a difficult situation, he would drop everything and drive up to Champaign to help me out in any way he could. I've never doubted that. I doubt I ever will.".
