I do become a little closer to being the person God wants me to be. Thanks to you all! My life changed in 1987 when after turning my life into a complete mess, I turned it over to God. I accepted Jesus as my saviour. The Bible says in John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." I did that.. I accepted Gods free gift of salvation, knowing that I could not achieve it without Jesus paying the price for ...Expand for more
my sins. This did not make make me perfect, faultless, or mean that I would not have problems in life. This free gift from God has given me the ability to be forgiven by God. I have a desire to be more like God wants me to be instead of like Mike wants me to be. My wife Angie, daughters Sam, and Hailey Have this same personal relationship with Jesus. With alot of prayer and realizing the same desire to live for God, we hope that our youngest son searches for Gods will as well, developing his own personal realtionship with Jesus, and accepting him as his saviour also. This would be succes in my life, to raise my kids striving to be the pople God wants, not the people they want, and deffinitely not the people the world wold have them be! For the good people that do not understand this... My prayer for you is to allow God to reveal himself, and his unique plan for your life to you. Imagine.. Living your life as the creator would want you to. What could be better for you???".
