Rodney's Story
Life
I'm in a place now in my life where I would not trade it for nothing in the world. I love serving the youth at my church sharing with them from God's word and from my life experiences hoping they will make good and correct choices based on the facts from God and the mistakes I've made.Being in business for myself since 2000 has really helped me to rely on God more and more each day to provide what I need and sometimes allow me to have what I desire. I have been patiently wait for this time to come, marriage. I was challenged as a single for years but I wasn't willing to just settle for just anyone so that I could say that I had someone, yet not be happy. So my patience has paid off I'm so glad I waited on God's timing it has been a tremendous Blessing!!
School
Man! Do ya'll remember Mrs.Holmes?(spanish)Hola! Well she really inspired me i...Expand for more
n her class and today I still use some of the language that she taught, even today living in Houston.. that I can remember..lol As for my biggest crush she knows who she is after constantly being persued by me to say the least.Sometimes I often revisit the days of High School and if I knew then what I know now I..... wouldn't change a thing because all that experience good and bad has help to shape the person, the Christian, the husband etc.... that I am today! To Be Continued........
Workplace
I have worked in the resturant industry for a while mainly fast foods. Then I moved into the construction field but then I found my niche in sales thus starting my own food business back in 2000. And by the grace of God I'm still running the business. Set goals and follow your dreams but most of all pray to God for direction and HE will direct your steps!
