Miles's Story
Life:
I moved to Northern Virginia in April,
1978. From the first day as a Security Officer I never really thought about how long I would stay in the profession. That was 32 years ago (almost) and I still work in the job. My companies have gotten larger along the way and so has my salary and overtime. I work now for Lockheed Martin Corporation on a leased site for a U.S. Government agency involved in special work. I have been married since December 1985; have two daughters-one 22 years old and the other 20. One majors in Graphic Design and the other in Culinary Arts. office) in Fairfax,Va. I look forward to finishing my first novel and continue to pursue business interests outside my chosen profession.
I love sports, church, chess and writing.
Since last posting of this bio last year, I have started and continue on a program for Type-2 diabetics. This cutting edge program that I started the first week of Nov. 2010 has progressed better than expectations on my part. I have lost 50 lbs. and feel 15 years younger. I am more active and other parts of my health have improved. Started an internet affliate career and all is going well there; great mentors and excellent help. Hopefully, this will be my last year in security work for anyone.
