Miles's Story
Life has been pretty amazing. I have figured out that no matter what, it carries with it the full package of joy, hope, struggles, pain, fun, adventure, etc.
I had a very unique High school experience as i went to three different schools and graduated from Bonnabel in the first year opened in 1975. After High School and taking a little break I chose to study audio engineering rather than college. I did that in New Orleans. The restaurant/hospitality industry got me in the late '70's.
I was single until the age of 29 when I met my wife to this day, Ginny Patterson. We got married in 1986 and later that same year moved to the Mobile, Alabama area and began our family. I was with a luxury hotel there until 1997 when an opportunity took us to At...Expand for more
lanta. Three years later we were back on the eastern shore of Mobile bay as I opened 2 units with that same company. All in all I prefer the luxury/gourmet/fine dining aspect of the Hospitality Industry.
My awesome children are: Jessica, age 20, 3rd year at Alabama. (sorry Tiger Fans) Lindsay, age 18, 1st year college. Jamie, 18, 1st year of college. Josh 15, 2nd year of high school.
I get pretty charged up over politics and concern for where this country may be headed. I will just say that "with freedom comes responsibility".
As I write this it is march 10th, 2008 and I will be 52 in May. Life has been good and it's nothing like a box of chocolates. You have a lot of influence over what you get.
