Mindi Murray:  

Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing along with Elementary Education. I also had a strong focal area of Higher Sciences, but did not actually receive my degree in Science. I am an alumni of Phi Mu Fraternity. Everytime we had exams, my friends and I always followed the same routine, we sat in the lobby of our dorms, ordered Papa John's breadsticks with all the sauces and studied for hours... It was great and we always Aced our exams.... it pays off to graduate with high honors. :) Workplace When I graduated from college I got an offer to work at the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. I worked there for a year and transferred to Daytona Beach. I spent two years in Daytona working with students who have a variety of learning disabilities. My mother became ill with back problems, so I decided to move to lower Alabama. I began my teaching career in AL in Aug. 2006. I am currently teaching middle school multi-handicap unit. I love my job and working towards becoming a college professor.
