Mindy's Story
Life
I resigned from teaching high school English and theatre almost ten years ago to become a stay-at-home mom to my eleven-year-old daughter, Madison, and my seven-year-old son, David. I teach two sections of Communications 101 at the College of Southern Nevada and I love it! I'm also an Avon representative. We are enthusiastic Democrats and are eagerly looking forward to electing Barack Obama President of the United States in November - if you want to help his campaign, let me know! I've been married to my husband, Jeff Geihs, for eighteen years. Jeff is the principal at Cheyenne High School so we get to do all the fun high school stuff every year, like go to the homecom...Expand for more
ing dance and the prom! We love to travel to Disneyland, Disneyworld, Mexico (and just about anywhere else) as much as we can! Our 20 year reunion was great - thanks to all who attended! I'll probably plan an informal 25th, so look for that in 2012!
School
I loved my years at Bonanza and look back on them with great memories!
College
Since I attended three universities and got married in the middle of being a college student, I didn't really have the traditional "college experience." It would have been fun to party a little more along the way to my degree! On the other hand, I had a fabulous time earning my master's degree! I was in a wonderful group at Lesley College.
