As a broker/realtor, Minnie has been an active member in numerous professional organizations including The National Association of Realtors (NAR); The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional (NAHREP); The California Association of Realtors (CAR); The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR); The Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI); Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS); Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM).
As an active community member, Minnie is a board member of The Housing and Economic Development Corporation; a member of the National Council of La Raza (NCLR); board member/Treasurer of National Latina Women Business Association-San Diego (NLWBA-SD), Member of The San Diego County Hispanic Chamber (SDCHCC) and member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Minnie holds the distinction of being appointed to the Empire of Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women in 2004-2005 and most recently was selected Entrepreneur of the Year by the San Diego County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce , FIVE STAR Professional for The San Diego Magazine 2010, 2011, 2012m 2013 and most recently a confirmed Commissioner for the Balboa Park Committee (A Land Use Advisory Committee for the City of San Diego).".
