Miriam's Story
Life
I am 52 years old now. Many people who knew me then say I still look the same except with long hair. I do look different though, older and much wiser, and maybe, just maybe a few pounds heavier (I still look good). Looking back now, my biggest accomplishment was having my three kids; 2 girls and a boy - all married now and with children themselves. I have seven (7) grandchildren. I married a wonderful man right after high school and been married for 33 years (same man, by the way). I went back to school (nursing) after the birth of my second child and then decided to go to Seminary School. I am an ordained minister...Expand for more
(surprise, surprise - never in my wildest dream, but I am, for God's glory). In 1982, we moved to Florida and in 1998 went into ministry. My husband and I live in South Carolina were we pastor a church and both are full time ministers. I often go to Chicago (my home) to see family and attend conventions, etc. Everytime I go to Chicago I go by the school and point it out to my kids and grandchildren. They think I'm so old (1970 is a long time ago for them). I'm looking for my great and good friend Migdalia Galarza. Can anyone tell me where she's at? Please someone write me and let me know. I wish I could see all of you.
