Miriam's Story

Life My husband and I have one child, a 3 1/2-year old boy. He's lots of fun to be around and such a flirt with the cute girls! We currently in Yucaipa (moved from Corona), the town has come a long way over the years and we love that it feels like a small town (now, if they would only update downtown, it's still an eyesore). My parents still live in Riverside, in the same exact house my brother and I grew up in, wierd. I graduated from UC Riverside with a BS in Environmental Engineering in 1995. ly up to take the exam for my professional engineers license, scary but do-able!! Now, I work part time as an environmental engineer and I currently work on the Stringfellow project (not too far from our HS), a very large profile U.S. EPA Superfund site. That is lots of fun and poses many environmental challenges. The rest of the time, I'm at home with our little guy. I am still in contact with quite a few alums from UCR and Rubidoux, I hope to hear from you soon! I even work with some UC Riverside alums, lots of fun!
