Missy's Story
I got married in 1988 and had my first son Alex, in 1989 I had my second son Adam,in 1992 I had my third son Andrew, 1995 my fourth son Abraham, 1999 I had my first daughter Anna, and then BIG SURPRISE 2009 I had my second daughter Sunshine, for a total of 6 children!! I have been a very busy mom. I homeschooled for 13 years. We moved to the Greensboro area for about 7 years in 2000. Then moved back to the Asheville area in 2005. n I do not work. My life mostly consists of meeting the needs of someone else! A few years ago I found out about Huntington's Disease when my grandmother was diagnosed. The I had the genetic testing done and found out I was positive for the disease. That was a really trying time!! As anyone who knows about this neurodegenerative brain disease can imagine. So sometimes it seems I am just waiting to lose it. But life must go on.
I am a much different person than I was in high school!!
