Misty's Story

Misty was born in Midland, Texas. She attended San Jacinto Junior High and then went to Midland High School, graduated 1988. Misty later attended Texas Tech University for under graduate studies (1988-1991) and then went on to Baylor University where she received her JD (1991-1994). She has been married to Devin Phiffer, an alum of Lee High School in Midland (1984), since 1996. They have three children and are currently (2017) fostering two others. Misty's interests include travel, reading, music, family and friends.
