Mitch's Story

Life I graduated from Long Beach State in 1976. I then got into Medical Sales Industry that lasted until 2005. I was a Regional Manager covering the entire Western U.S. and traveled extensively working with doctors and hospitals. I married a local girl (from Los Al High) in 1977 and we just celebrated 31 blissful years of marriage. I have a daughter that was born in 1983 and a son in 1990. I coached baseball for almost 10 years and was involved in the local high school. I live...Expand for more
d in Huntington Beach until 2005. I moved my family to a small town outside Portland Oregon to semi retire and enjoy the rural lifestyle. I opened a Quiznos in Spring 2008 because I needed something to do for my retirement and I wanted to be a part of my community and support the local economy. It was weird hiring kids that were my age during high school-were we that immature? Young people here will never know the joy of working at Knott's or Disneyland for minimum wage........
