Mitchell's Story

Life ROTC paid off, enlisted ARMY after finishing AA. Chose 35S-patriot systems repair- spent BasicCombatTraining in Fort Sill, OK. Fractured Tibia-shin-on day 2, no treatment, NONE. Completed 9week BCT except 2mile run under 16m "leg still fractured". Even tho i did the 24km ruckmarch with 80lbs. gear through mud,water,sand,grass, the failure of the 2mile run sent me to Phys...Expand for more
icalTherapyRehabilitationPlatoon for several months still with no treatment besides 800mg motrin. After 9months rehab-prisioners had more right-they finally gave me full medical discharge. Back in Daytona Beach, leg still hurts. To any males reading this, dont join ARMY, Marines, Air Force or Navy all the way. Tim Ramey, if you enlisted good luck, need more soldier's like you.
