Mollie's Story
Hey all--I missed the reunion because we were out of town.
As with all of you, lots of things have gone on in the last 30 years. I have two kids, Rachel is 24 and Aaron is 20. Rachel is married and has a son, Cody. She also has a 13-year old stepdaughter, Jaylen.
Aaron is just about to move out on his own for the first time. He's going to finish school and get his AA finally. He took time off to get his pilot's license. If you ever get a Brewery City pizza delivered by a tall blonde kid in a suped up blue Subaru WRX, that's Aaron. He also plays guitar and sings.
I got married for the third time last year in Hawaii. This is absolutely the last time I'm doing it! My husband, Bob, grew up in Hawaii...Expand for more
and his mom and one of his sisters still live there. He has a daughter, Maile, 28 Her daughter is Alyssa. Alyssa is 2 months older than Cody. And Bob's son is Jason, who is 26.
I've been working for the state for about 27 years now. I'm managing housing programs for low income and special needs families.
I used to have horses, but had to give them up when I got divorced. They were a lot of fun and I miss them, but now I'm enjoying riding around on the Harley. And bowling on our Friday night league.
We live in Tumwater now, but I have also lived in Honolulu, Chelan, Tenino and Rochester, WA.
Never realized life would get better the older I got, and who knew being a grandparent was so much fun!
