Mona's Story
Well it’s time to update my profile. I still live in Tennessee and a lot has changed in my life. I am a retired Postmaster and work part time at Sears.
My grandchildren are getting older and are doing well. Steven is now 19 and Samantha is 23. Samantha has made me feel very old by having two babies. My great grands are Grayson, two and Jayselyn 7 months. They are a joy and live close by.
My daughter, Jaime was a mail carrier until she broke her ankle two years ago and she is on disability. She has to go for a complete ankle replacement. But she’s doing well. We all live on our 58 acre farm.
My son, Jason, passed away in 1996...Expand for more
from a motorcycle accident. This is something I will never in my lifetime overcome. He was 22 and handsome.
That's about the story of my life. I would love to hear from old classmates!
On October 14, 2016, my husband Steve Bolgar passed away. Shortly after he passed is when we made the decision to move back home to St James.
UPDATE: On December 3rd, 2018 we moved back to St James. A lot has changed in 35 years but it’s great to be back home!
My great grandchildren are now five and six years old. We’re all living together and it’s wonderful.
I finally retired and do a little bit of traveling. I definitely miss working.
