Monica's Story

Life is Love! HIYA!!!!!!!! I have three children and love them all so much. I am a stay at home Mom and almost divorced. I have one boy (10) and two girls (6 & 2). I love music and singing. I have been known to do crafts, help friends and family whenever they need me and do some gardening. I absolutely LOVE being a Mom it is the most rewarding job in the world. I am living in North Carolina and the weather is great. My parents and sister live here, too. There are so many times through the years that I have wondered what life is like for people from my past. Hope life is treating you well! I hope that not everyone thought that I was a snob. I had heard that about myself after high school. If only people knew how low my self esteem really was maybe they would have understood. It is still low, but I have learned how to pretend it isn't. What I've learned from my kids is that even if I am not perfect they will love me anyway. Other than being with my children, to be truly happy I would want to have the special someome that I thought I had already found. My best friend would describe me as a friend that she c...Expand for more
an count on no matter what. I can always make her feel better when she is feeling down. I am happy that I can do that for her. As you have seen my hair is pretty much still the same. There was a hairdresser that once said that I was stuck in the eighties. This coming from a woman in true bellbottoms and a tie dyed shirt. I told her that everything comes back around eventually. The one thing that I think would surprise everyone at my high school reunion is that I have come out of my shell. My first job was the best. I was working at Buena Vista Country Club and eventhough it was hard work I liked it. I owe that job to Bob Ashman and Eric Ernst. Thanks guys! I'll never forget when I was in kindergarten and the bus driver yelled at the whole bus all the way home. When we reached my bus stop she opened the door and there was my Mom. I was so upset that I jumped into her arms from the top step and cried the whole way home while she carried me. Ok in case you could not tell by this point I did happen to answer some of those annoying questions that they prompt you with so if it's too much information I understand. sorry;)
