Monica's Story
What interesting facts can I share with you?
I am currently working with a grant Project Unify for Special Olympics Arizona as an Outreach Program Coordinator.
The past 18 years have been spent working 24/7 at Cactus Shadows High School as a teacher, coach, mentor and administrator.
I love the atmosphere of working with high school age students and can confidently state to all... "high school campuses are slow to change...many of the issues we faced from 1974-1979 still exists today".

er that education has two constant factors you can count on.. most teachers can teach and most teachers love to teach every day they arrive at work.
I continue to learn about more about high school with the inside scoop and "reality check" from my two teenage daughters.
I'm passionate about finding time to publish my thoughts and experiences:
"Dare to Coach..an insiders story about the era of entitlement".
Vista High School served me well and I am blessed to be an Alumni from the class of 1979!
