Monica's Story
Let's see, graduated Northeast, tried a little college and found it wasn't a good fit for me, yet. I wound up working full time in numerous restaurants over the years eventually landing a manager position at "Juanita's" which I performed for four years in Little Rock and then I served four more years as a restaurant manger at "Loca Luna". I am now a property manager. During my time at Juanita's I had a son. He is 14 now and plays the double bass ...Expand for more
in various youth orchestras. I also met my spouse of 12 years while working at Juanita's as well. He is a jazz musician and works as a Social Worker.
I returned to college to start all over in the fall of 2003 attending full time while working full time. I am currently a senior at UALR and should graduate December 2008. Looking to Graduate School in the fall of 2009, after I finally figure out what I want to be when I grow up.
