Monica's Story
Life came at me faster than I was ready for. But I survived. Wanting to be a teacher I went to college, SUNY Oswego, which I handled poorly. Grades were decent but I was too immature to deal with relationships very well. After graduating life got worse before it got better, but it got oh so much better. other, divorced, a single mother, married, a mother-in-law, a resident of Georgia, a resident of Texas, a grandmother, widowed and finally married, still living in TX with my husband Jack, taking care of Mom (95 yrs old with Alzheimers) 2 dogs, 2 cats. I currently work for Texas Lutheran University as the Coordinator for University Events. I love working in the academic arena, without teaching! I hope I haven't been too boring.
