Can't believe it's been more than 40 years since high school. Whoever said "Time flies when you're having fun" was right, . . . for the most part. I've been back in the St. Louis area since 2003 after living in New Jersey, North Carolina, Idaho, Texas & Germany. I spent 4 1/2 years on active duty in the Air Force, followed by almost 20 more as an Air Force spouse. It was an interesting life, lots of travel, adventures, & chances to see places I would never have been able to see otherwise. Visited 32 states & 13 countries in my travels. I've been married twice & am now single again, think I'll keep it that way, much less aggravating. I work at the Law School at Saint Louis University, sing in 2 choirs (church choir & the Ladies Choir of the German Cultural Society), am active in Eastern Star & Daughters of the Nile (groups affiliated with the Masons & Shriners), and still like to read & sew. As the Grateful Dead said in "Truckin'" "what a long, strange trip its been." 9/30/2021 Time to update this. In Dec. 2015 I was downsized out of my job at SLU Law School. After a few months of temp work I started at SIUE Head Start/Early Head Start. I do payroll, manage FMLA & other leave categories...Expand for more
