My Spouse
I met Chastiny at college thru a Christian Fellowship Organization. I welcomed her into the group and she instantly was turned off towards me. Slowly however we began to trip and joke with each other and she saw me for who I really was. We went out for Valentines day in 1997 and that was where she gave me my first kiss. It was all over then...
My Kids
Montrel Rashaad Caldwell, Jr. was born on November 9, 00. He was 9.98lbs and 21 in long. My wife went thru 3 days of labor and he came out having respiratory problems. Praise God he came out of it fine and is playful and full of spirit. We are in the process of having another.
My Job
I am back in Greensboro, NC working as an Operations Manager for a Credit Counseling Agency. The name is Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Greensboro.
College

e....I loved every minute of it and would not change a thing....even the change in majors was what i needed to do and am glad i did. I have used my major in past jobs but I've grown to know that i enjoy working in social jobs more than computer graphics now.
I am now going to Shaw Divinity for a Masters of Divinity so that is a major change in studies. I love it nonetheless.
Workplace
I've loved working for Family Service. I began as a Admin Assistant in 2002 and transfered to the Program Assistant position in CCCS division of the agency. Due to unusual circumstances (everyone quiting in the Trust Management Team except myself and my Director) i immediately became the Operations Manager. It was difficult at first but i am getting the hang of things. I've hired 2 people under me and they are a Godsend. I'm loving it and hoping to continue a little while longer.
